We provide custom digital design services — primarily YouTube thumbnails and related channel artwork — exactly as described in each individual order, gig listing or written quote.
"We reply within 24 hours" on this site is a response-time target, not a delivery guarantee. Actual delivery windows are stated per order or gig and depend on scope and revision rounds.
We deliver digital files (e.g. 1280×720 thumbnail images) per the agreed scope. Revisions are included only as stated in the ordered gig or written quote; a complete change of direction is a new scope and may be quoted separately.
Fiverr orders are paid through Fiverr's platform only. Direct orders follow the payment schedule agreed in writing. We never ask for payment through channels we haven't listed, and we never store your payment details.
After full payment, rights in the final approved design transfer to you for its intended use. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on this website — unless you ask us in writing not to. You keep all rights in the materials you provided. Any fonts, stock elements or tools we use remain under their own licences.
We design for higher click-through and back it with real process — but we do not guarantee views, CTR percentages, subscriber counts or revenue. Anyone who does is not being honest with you.
Don't scrape it, spam it, attack it, copy it wholesale, or misrepresent yourself as affiliated with us. Portfolio samples shown here are our own design work.
This website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We link to Fiverr, WhatsApp, YouTube and others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
